And solve problems

I don’t like when people come to the table

Just to fuck shit up

To test the boundaries of the game

And the patience of their friends

I want to set up adventures for players

Where they move from town to town and make the world better

Where they help people and learn from their mistakes

But there are players who want to make the world worse

Or who want to cause chaos in the name of agency

Or don’t care at all and do their own thing

Because the world hurt them

Because the world left them behind

And didn’t help them

And they carve out their backstory from the sad memories of their character

Honing a tragedy of their lives

I get it

I understand

And I want you to hear it if you have never heard it before

Someone cares about you

I love you

And I want you to love you

I want you to move from town to town

And want to make the world better

To want to help people and learn from your mistakes
